1987 Yılında temeli atılan Adaklı, Yeşiltepe, Döşlüce, Akbinek ve Bağlarpınar ovasının sulu tarım projesine bugüne kadar milyonlar harcandı ancak hedeflenen Bağlarpınar Köyü ovasına bir türlü su ulaşamadı. 2017 yılında 2.600 milyon para harcandı, Adaklı Belediyesi sulama kanalı için bir yetkili veya bir kooperatif kurmadığı için, tamir edilen kanal birçok yerde delinmiş, sahipsiz bırakıldığından dolayı yapılan bunca emek, devletin parası heba olmuştur.
